Sublimation printing technology allows you to quickly apply full-color images to various materials. The essence of the sublimation method is that at a certain temperature, the ink changes from a solid state to a gaseous state and is absorbed into the polymer coating on the surface.

In the case of textiles, it is important that the fabric contains at least 50% polyester that can withstand heating up to 200 C. In this case, the gaseous ink instantly penetrates into the structure of the material itself and the applied image becomes, in fact, a part of it. Thus, the printed image is not only clear, but also very stable. It will not lose brightness even with numerous washings. That is why this technology is most often used to create original, colorful promotional T-shirts.

An excellent option for sublimation on souvenirs is the production of personalized mugs with a circular full-color pattern, logo or photo. A special polymer coating for sublimation can be applied to ceramic, porcelain and metal mugs.
