Heat transfer is a technology for applying images to textiles using special films. The applications made from films are cut on special plotters, applied to the fabric, and then processed with a heat press. As a result of exposure to temperatures from 120ºC to 190ºC under pressure, the film "bonds" with the material structure, forming the image.
✅ Advantages of Heat Transfer:
- Bright and clear images
- High resistance to washing
- Suitable for fabrics such as cotton, polyester, and mixed fabrics, making it ideal for t-shirts, hoodies, backpacks, caps, and much more
- Possibility of creating small-batch orders
- The fastest and most cost-effective printing method
- The color palette includes more than 50 colors, including neon colors
- Ability to create multilayer applications by combining different colors
✅ Washing Instructions:
✅ Main advantages of heat transfer technology with a flat heat press:
- The image obtained through heat transfer is inseparable from the fabric.
- The image does not wash off even with machine washing.
- Possibility of producing both single pieces and large runs.
- High application quality thanks to precise cutting accuracy.
- Low time consumption: heat transfer takes 8 seconds. Cutting and placing the design on the fabric takes about a minute.
The heat transfer process on various surfaces using a flat heat press for heat transfer printing is carried out with two technologies: the first technology we described above, and the second technology will be briefly explained below.
The film for printing solvent ink prints, specially created for printing multicolored prints with solvent inks, followed by plotter cutting and heat transfer onto fabric.
Currently, heat transfer is the best method developed recently. This technology remains the most popular among all the methods invented so far because it produces reliable and durable images.
